Restaurant was wonderful - menu had a great selection and the quality was excellent, breakfast buffet was very good, shuttle was very helpful and easy to access, room was very nice, all staff were wonderful - front desk, restaurant, shuttle driver.

It was an exceptional example of client centricity. Initially I choose this hotel as it was close to the airport just to save some time in the morning and sleep longer. And also there should be shuttles available. But shuttles start at 6 am during this time of the year. The receptionist proposed to order the taxi for our convenience. Unfortunately taxis didn’t want to take orders from the hotel and the receptionist took his own car to help the guest to get to the airport and not to be late. Thank you very much for this amazing attitude and the help. Also the hotel is quite comfortable to stay including room, beds, shower/bath facilities.

The rooms were very nice and we especially enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The bartenders were great and very customer friendly.

Great choice for flying out early from Brussels. Superbly clean, excellent bed and bedding, large bathroom with good hair and body products. Very close to the airport and easy to get in and out. Parking free of charge. We left too early to check out the breakfast offerings, but by all accounts we would've had no complains in that respect, either. Very good soundproofing, we didn't hear any planes at all.

Great location near airport with free shuttle (although on the website it said that shuttle only operated during peak season which confused us initially.) We got a great price of 229euros as there was a convention on, I might have rethought if price was higher.

I had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel! The team there was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Although we encountered an issue with the locker, the staff promptly addressed it and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered us complimentary breakfast. This thoughtful touch truly reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!

It was far better than other places where I have stayed in Brussels. The restaurant and bar facilities were very good. The room well appointed and quiet. Reception service excellent. A very good light buffet and wine included in the price. Nice parkland with water right outside the hotel. Altogether very pleased.

The hotel was very well located, close to the city and with easy access to our other destinations. The breakfast was excellent and had so much variety and good quality options that you can stay for days with no concern to be repeating same stuff day after day.

Comfortable beds, quite, next to the park, free airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins, has everything you need in the room, very clean, big room.

The property is very nice and our room was well appointed and clean. We arrived on my birthday and were given a room upgrade. We had dinner at the bar and the staff brought dessert and sang HBD to me. The next day we took the free shuttle to the airport. It was such a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend it.
